Call
for abstracts
The organisers of the 4th International
Solar Cities Initiative World Congress which
is organised under the banners “Solar energy
changes life” and “Sustainable cities are
solar cities” want to show how much can be
done at the local level on our path to a sustainable
future.
The congress must become a showcase
of practical and if possible proven possibilities
which can inspire colleagues and can get a
follow-up elsewhere.
Local politicians, local civil
servants, suppliers and scientists from all
over the world are invited to share their
experiences and insights with other attendants.
The congress will over a variety of interesting
parallel sessions on the subjects:
- Urban Planning and transportation
- Low Energy Buildings
- Solar Cities Examples and Policies
- Renewable Energy Technologies
- Energy Infrastructure
Those willing to give a presentation
are invited to submit their proposal in an
abstract, which can be delivered on line through
the form on this website.
Abstracts received will be reviewed by a panel
of experienced local politicians and respected
international scientists.
The organisers will inform
the senders of abstract as soon as possible.
In order to prevent “no shows”
of presenters of announced presentations,
presentations will only be announced in the
final program after the abstract has been
accepted, the author (or one of the authors)
has registered and the registration fee has
been received.
