The nearest international airport is Beijing The easiest way from Beijing to Dezhou is to use the high speed train from Beijing South Railway Station to Dezhou.
Detailed Travel Instruction:
Basically there are three ways to come from Beijing International airport to Beijing South Railway Station. You can use the metro system; or bus combined with metro; or use a taxi.
Way 1: First take the airport light rail from T2 or T3 to Dongzhimen; change to subway Line 2 at Dongzhimen and get off at Xuanwumen; change to subway Line 4 and get off at Beijing South Railway Station. The total trip will take approximately 1.5 hours.
English signs will make clear how to obtain your ticket.
Way 2: First take Airport Shuttle (bus) from Beijing Capital Airport and get off at Xidan Civil Aviation Building, and then transfer to No. 4 subway line at Xidan Civil Aviation Building to Beijing South Railway Station. The total trip will take approximately 1.5 hours.
Way 3: If you want to take a taxi you can find taxis at Beijng International airport. For your convenience we have provided an instruction for taxi driver in Chinese and in English which you can print and give to the taxi driver. The leaflet says ¡°I need to go to the South Railway Station and then take a High-speed train to Dezhou of Shandong Province. At Beijing South Railway Station: take the high-speed train from Beijing South Station to Dezhou Railway Station. The train trip will take about 2 hours and 10 minutes. Make sure to be in time, which means ¡°earlier¡±. Those trains use to leave strictly on scheduled time. On average high-speed trains leave from Beijing South to Dezhou every 2 hours.
Upon arrival in Dezhou, the staff and volunteers of the 4th Congress, holding good visible signs, will meet you at the Dezhou Railway Station. The congress service buses will drive you directly to the hotel you reserved.
