Qiu Baoxing

Qiu Baoxing, senior city designer, is vice-minister of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-rural Development of China. He was born in Zhejiang Province in Nov., 1953. He graduated from Physics Department of Hangzhou University, and then specialized in Economics in Fudan University and Urban Planning in Tongji University. He was conferred doctor¡¯s degree in Economics and Engineering.
